Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Our service technicians are responsible for providing excellent customer service according to Mopar® standards. They spend most of their time completing routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, wheel alignments, and more. Technicians also perform more complicated repairs in a state-of-the-art facility using genuine Mopar® parts.
Technicians receive work orders from service advisors and are responsible for completing timely service according to factory specifications. We keep accurate service data records; technicians must understand historical service data and record current service data accurately.
We ensure that our technicians have the equipment and training necessary to complete timely services according to certified Mopar® quality. Technicians receive regular on-the-job training to remain updated with the newest vehicle technologies and technical service protocols. Technicians enjoy job stability and peace of mind knowing that more vehicles are on the road every day, and they all require routine maintenance and repairs.
