Service Technician Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform standard vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil change, tire rotation, battery replacement, wheel alignment, brake pad replacement, check engine light diagnosis, and multi-point inspection.
- Attend training classes
- Complete service quality inspections and vehicle drive tests
- Communicate with advisors regarding service completion and specified timeline adherence
- Follow federal, state, and internal guidelines governing auto services
